My Path to Transformation

For the first 33 years of my life, I had nurtured the two greatest passions of mine: art and spiritual research.
I was an actress, then a songwriter, a writer, and a poet. Like many others, I was trying to balance the work I loved and the jobs I needed. However, I lived with a constant sense of apprehension.

I would ask myself, Am I doing something meaningful? What am I here to do? Is what I'm doing helping others?

In my family was the absolute norm to wake up and discuss the messages received in our dreams, read cards for each other, or find books about spiritual mediums and world mysteries on the bookshelf. So I looked for answers by studying astrology and tarot cards, I-Ching and philosophy, Reiki and Bach Flowers, Angels and Spirit Guides…

These disciplines have helped me and still inform my work. However, back then, I could not see it clearly.

At about 33, all the things that were part of my life – a teaching job I liked, a romantic relationship, some economic stability, expressing my passion for music with my bands – everything fell apart in matter of months, leaving me with close to nothing left. I had to move back in with my family and found myself jobless and at odds with my bands.

The Dark Night of the Soul

Soon after, while lying in bed at night, I began feeling overwhelmed by fear and anxiety. I was totally lost and clueless while desperately thinking about the thousands of problems I had to solve. My life could not possibly be "that". Then something happened. For a single but very vivid moment, I considered death a possibility.

I suddenly fell asleep and upon waking up the morning after something felt different. It was like a sense of presence. My mind had suddenly quieted down. Looking back I understand that I was guided to my own awakening.

I grabbed a book from my mom's bookshelf and devoured it in a few hours. "You are not your thoughts" stated the teacher in that book, and from that mindblowing realization, literally all sorts of serendipitous events began happening to me. I met a powerful French healer who helped me find my way back to my true self. And I peeled layer after layer, trauma after trauma, year after year, until I remembered what I'd known and been all along.

Since then, I met my American husband, had a wonderful girl, started my coaching business and moved to the U.S..

I'm a Messenger for Spirit, Love and Positivity. Trusting our true path is the most authentic gift we can give to ourselves.

I've had many spiritual experiences since childhood, and have hidden in the proverbial spiritual closet for several years. That was before my soul decided it was time to step out into the light again.

I'm a certified Psychic Medium, a Spiritual Coach, and a Teacher. I developed my system to access and work with the Akashic Records, and merge my natural intuitive skills with practical tools to help you ground your purpose into action.

I consider myself a lifelong student because I'll never stop going deeper into my spiritual studies.

For me, helping you reconnect with spirit and teaching you what I have learned is fundamental because it changed my life.
